The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a rezone for a 2.08-acre property in Temecula Valley Wine Country.
The supervisors’ 5-0 vote June 8 changes the property’s zoning from Citrus/Vineyard (C/V) to Wine Country - Winery (WC-W). The general plan land use designation of Rural: Agriculture (AG) was not changed.
The land is north and west of Rancho California Road, south of Buck Road, and east of Berenda Road. It is within the Winery District of the Temecula Valley Wine Country Policy Area.
