The Oak Grove So-Cal Chef Open hosted a media event Friday, June 25, introducing its celebrity chefs and judges on the rooftop patio of the Truax Building in Old Town Temecula.Chefs Rosie O’Connor and Steven Moore, also known as Trendy Chef, along with Wahoo’s Fish Taco owner, Wing Lam were all announced as this year’s featured celebrity chefs.Food writer Josh Kopelman from Inside Food & Drink will join the celebrity judging panel which includes Chef Rosie as this year’s Lead Judge.Chef Rosie is executive chef and owner of Provecho Grill and appeared on Food Network’s “Supermarket Stakeout” as well as the Cooking Channel’s “Farmer’s Market.” She’s currently the only past winner to earn both the People’s Choice and Pinnacle Winner awards.[gall
