TEMECULA – The Temecula Valley Historical Society invites the public to bring a beach chair to the Vail HQ stage area at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23 for a free presentation by Dale Garcia. He will speak on “The History of the Palomar Telescope and Things That Fall From the Sky.”As owner of Old Town Temecula Candlelight Walking Tours, Garcia provides historical information during his tours of Old Town Temecula and Vail Headquarters. Garcia has been a resident of Temecula and actively involved in the historical community for over 30 years.
