BANNING (CNS) - Felony charges are expected to be filed tomorrow against an 18-year old probationer suspected of shooting a family member during a domestic squabble in Banning. Alexander Signavong was arrested Saturday and booked into the Smith Correctional Facility in Banning on suspicion of assault with a firearm, being a felon in possession of a gun and probation violations. Signavong is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail. According to the Banning Police Department, the suspect was involved in an unspecified verbal confrontation with members of his family at a home in the 1300 block of North Almond Way, near East Theodore Street, about 11 p.m. last Friday.
