SBA awards funding for Veteran Federal Procurement Entrepreneurship Training Program

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Small Business Administration announced the awarding of $500,000 in a grant agreement with the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation’s National Center for the Veteran Institute for Procurement to deliver the SBA’s Veteran Federal Procurement Entrepreneurship Training Program.The funding opportunity, offered by SBA’s Office of Veterans Business Development, enables VIP to deliver entrepreneurship training to veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses nationwide interested in pursuing, or already engaged in, federal procurement.
