Man accused of manufacturing guns from Wildomar home

WILDOMAR (CNS) - A felon accused of possessing equipment commonly used to make counterfeit money and manufacturing firearms out of a Wildomar home was arrested and remained behind bars in lieu of $55,000 bail today.Patrick Kirk, 30, was taken into custody after deputies served a search warrant Friday afternoon at a home in the 21400 block of Apricot Lane, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.Sheriff's officials said among the items deputies seized from the residence were body armor and an illegal rifle.Kirk was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center on suspicion of various gun crimes, including manufacturing an assault weapon.
