The Eastern Municipal Water District approved a water supply assessment for the Menifee Valley Specific Plan.The EMWD board voted 5-0, Sept. 15 to approve the water supply assessment which addresses whether the projected normal, single dry year, and multiple dry year expected supply over a 20-year period can meet the demand for the project along with existing and other planned projects. The water supply assessment will be incorporated into the Environmental Impact Report for the project.The Menifee Valley Specific Plan includes 1,711 residential dwelling units of various densities and 312 acres of commercial and business park use. The specific plan area is approximately 590 acres and is located south of State Route 74, north of Matthews Road, east of Menifee Road, and west of Brigg
