The Eastern Municipal Water District board approved the environmental mitigated negative declaration for the Belle Terre Water Storage Tank project.The 5-0 vote Wednesday, Oct. 20, also approved the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the storage tank and approved the project itself, although no funding for the project was authorized Oct. 20. The project includes a communication tower, a detention basin, pipelines and an access road as well as the storage tank itself.The Belle Terre Water Storage Tank will be located off Fields Drive in French Valley. The tank will provide water storage and conveyance capacity to the planned Belle Terre community. The water tank itself will have a capacity of 1.79 million gallons and will be 86 feet in diameter and 40 feet high.The
