WINCHESTER (CNS) - A car fire spread to some hay bales adjacent to a road in Winchester today, but the flames were quickly contained. The non-injury blaze was reported at 10:53 a.m. on Briggs Road, just south of Leon Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
