Menifee City Council member Bob Karwin for the first time met many of his constituents and they with him at his first District 1 Town Hall held at Sun City Civic Association’s Webb Hall Tuesday, Oct. 26. Webb Hall, normally reserved for members only, was mostly filled, with only one attending not living in the Sun City area. Karwin admitted to the large assemblage that he does not live in the Sun City area but promised, although Sun City, once its own unincorporated community of 55 and older residents, would never be “erased” as a senior community in what is now Menifee.
