Local sheriff promotes to sergeant

Riverside County Sheriff Corporal Jeremy Parsons was promoted to sergeant in a ceremony held Wednesday, Nov. 3, by Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco.Parsons has a long history of serving the mountain communities. He was the school resource officer for Hamilton High School for five years and was assigned to work at the newly reopened Lake Hemet Mountain Station in December 2020.
