Firefighters safely extracted a person trapped under an overturned cement truck near Lake Elsinore Friday, Nov. 12.The person became trapped after a collision on southbound Interstate 15 near Lake Street about 10 a.m. Friday, according to the Riverside County Fire Department. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.The cause of the crash was under investigation.
