MENIFEE (CNS) - Riverside County residents interested in law
enforcement careers, as well as anyone who wants a first-hand look at police
resources in action, are encouraged to visit the Southern California Public
Safety Career & Community Fair Saturday in Menifee.
The Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce and Mount San Jacinto College
are jointly sponsoring the event, which begins at 10 a.m. on the Menifee
satellite campus at 28237 La Piedra Road.
The fair is slated to wrap up in mid-afternoon, ahead of the city of
Menifee's "Holiday Bazaar'' at the same location.
"It will provide an opportunity for the community to have a one-on-
one with their public safety departments and learn the importance of their role
