MENIFEE – Menifee honored Lennar Homes of California, Inland Division, as the 2021 Home Builder of the Year at the city’s inaugural Home Builder Appreciation event Monday, Nov. 8.Over the past year, Lennar Homes has pulled over 360 housing permits in the city, with a total valuation of over $98 million. They have created collaborative relationships with all levels of city staff across numerous departments, and they continue to present housing designs while maintaining a high standard of quality.“The city of Menifee appreciates the investment Lennar Homes has made in our city and their efforts to build communities that result in the high quality of life the residents deserve,†Mayor Bill Zimmerman said. “It is a pleasure and honor to provide Lennar with this distinction.â€
