Sancerra Communities plans to build 163 rent-to-own townhouses in Wildomar in 2022

Construction may soon begin by Sancerra Communities to build one of first build-to-rent townhome communities in Riverside County in Wildomar that they hope will attract new families seeking affordable housing.The townhome development will be built on a 26-acre land parcel purchased by Sancerra Communities from the Hoffman Company brokers at the intersection of Palomar Street and Jefferson Avenue in Wildomar. It will include 163 townhomes.
