Sancerra Communities plans to build 163 rent-to-own townhouses in Wildomar in 2022

Construction may soon begin by Sancerra Communities to build one of first build-to-rent townhome communities in Riverside County in Wildomar that they hope will attract new families seeking affordable housing. The townhome development will be built on a 26-acre land parcel purchased by Sancerra Communities from the Hoffman Company brokers at the intersection of Palomar Street and Jefferson Avenue in Wildomar. It will include 163 townhomes. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of this year, according to the developer with the first homes becoming available in 2024.
