RIVERSIDE (CNS) - Santa Ana winds will return to the inland region
today and again later this week, producing gusts up to 50 mph, according to the
National Weather Service.The agency issued a wind advisory from 4 p.m. today to 10 a.m.
Wednesday in anticipation of the event, covering all of Riverside and San
Bernardino counties."Winds will begin to increase in the ... Inland Empire Tuesday
afternoon, then spread south Tuesday night,'' the NWS said. ``Winds will peak
in strength early Wednesday morning, then diminish Wednesday afternoon and
evening.''Forecasters said wind speeds will average 15 mph to 20 mph out of the
