The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a tentative parcel map, plot plan and environmental mitigated negative declaration for a 10.98-acre commercial development in the Rancho California area.The action approved on a 5-0 vote Tuesday, Jan. 25, denied an appeal of the Aug. 18 approval by the county’s Planning Commission and upheld the Planning Commission’s adoption of the mitigated negative declaration and approval of the tentative map and plot plan.
