Riverside County attorney disbarred following disciplinary action

RIVERSIDE (CNS) - A Menifee attorney who failed to report judicial disciplinary action against him to the State Bar of California was disbarred and can no longer practice law in the state, officials said today. Nicholas Jordan Alfano was the subject of judicial sanctions connected with cases he handled in civil court, according to State Bar documents. He was required to disclose the sanctions to the Bar, but he didn't, according to an agency statement. The case was presented to the California Supreme Court, culminating in a ruling that Alfano be disbarred, and last month his law license was formally invalidated, according to the Bar.
