RIVERSIDE (CNS) - Riverside police investigators today advised the public to be on the lookout for three convicted sex offenders who allegedly failed to report their whereabouts to authorities under the terms of their parole, and could be anywhere in the city.
Carmella Green, 38, Abel Perkins, 59, and Donald Weaver, 39, are registered sex offenders and known area transients for whom police have been looking in recent weeks, according to Detective Jarid Zuetel of the Riverside Police Depa
