LAKEVIEW – A two-vehicle traffic crash in the Lakeview area today left one person dead and another person injured, authorities said.
The crash was reported about 6:30 a.m. on the Ramona Expressway near First Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One person died and another person suffered moderate injuries, according to the Riverside County Fire Department. Information on the identity of the fatally injured person was not immediately available.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
