A Riverside County lawmaker declared that plummeting supplies of baby formula throughout the country posed complications that could be “life-threatening” for newborns, last week, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Temecula, urged the Biden administration to double up efforts to solve the worsening shortage Wednesday, May 11.“Each day, this crisis grows worse,” Issa said. “And more mothers grow fearful of how they will provide the next meal to their children.
