PERRIS – With drought conditions across California and the western United States having gone from bad to worse this spring, there has never been a more important time to focus attention on outdoor irrigation efforts.Throughout Eastern Municipal Water District’s service area, approximately 60% of residential water use is for outdoor irrigation.
