The Rancho California Water District has a lease with Riverside County for the Freeman Reservoir, and the RCWD board approved an amendment to that lease Thursday, June 9.The board’s 7-0 vote allows for the co-location of Educational Media Foundation’s KLOVE-FM broadcast channel on the existing self-support lattice tower, installs a 20 foot tall mast tower, installs a two-bay omnidirectional antenna array, installs a satellite dish-type antenna at the base of the tower and modifies the county’s rent charges to reflect the additional array and antenna.The Freeman Reservoir is in the 27300 block of Calle Escadera.
