
SAN JACINTO – Mt. San Jacinto College celebrated the groundbreaking of a new state-of-the-art STEM building Thursday, June 16, at its Menifee Valley Campus.The $49.7 million Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics building is expected to open in 2024. The 41,865-square-foot, two-story building will feature laboratory and multi-use, computer-based instructional areas. The ability to provide distance learning will also be designed into all of the multi-use instructional spaces.Roger Schultz, superintendent and president of MSJC, speaks to the more than 100 people who gathered for the groundbreaking of a new state-of-the-art STEM building on Thursday at the college's Menifee Valley Campus.
