Community child advocate speaks ISCA graduation

Mona Salomo-Davies, Ph.D.Special to Valley NewsMona Salomo-Davies, Ph.D., founder of Community Outreach Ministry, was invited as the keynote speaker for the Insight Schools of California commencement celebration at Pearson Park Amphitheater Wednesday, June 15, in Anaheim. ISCA, a free online public school, serves students in grades 9-12 who are struggling for various reasons and attending a conventional high school is no longer an option for them.
