LAKE ELSINORE – Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley is breaking ground on another home in Lake Elsinore Friday, Aug. 5, at 8 a.m. Due to a partnership with Riverside County and the city of Lake Elsinore, Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley will commemorate the start of an affordable home ownership build. The new homeownership opportunity will be on Peck Street in the downtown area of the city.“Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley provides a wide array of programs to improve living conditions including home preservation, neighborhood revitalization, education, and of course our ReStores,” Tammy Marine, CEO of Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley, said. “However, our primary program is centered around building affordable self-help homeownership opportunities for low-income families in
