MENIFEE – After a 30-year career in the accounting and finance profession, Wendy Preece will retire from the city of Menifee. She is currently the longest-serving employee with 13 years dedicated to the city’s Finance Department.Preece began her career at the city of Menifee in September 2009 as a senior accountant, just one year after the city’s incorporation.
