LAKE ELSINORE (CNS) - A fire erupted today in a Lake Elsinore home,
causing major damage to the property before firefighters gained the upper hand.The blaze was reported shortly after 2 p.m. in the 18200 block of Don
Juan Street, near 11th Street, just east of Interstate 15, according to the
Riverside County Fire Department.According to the agency, multiple engine crews were sent to the
location and encountered heavy smoke and flames on two sides of the single-
story residence.No injuries were reported.Firefighters prevented the blaze from spreading to neighboring houses,
fully containing it at 2:50 p.m., according to reports from the scene.The damage was substantial. It was not immediately clear whether the
