The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a rezone and tentative tract map for a 28.58-acre parcel in western unincorporated Hemet.The supervisors’ 5-0 vote Tuesday, Aug. 30, approved subdividing the property into 144 residential lots of at least 3,500 square feet along with 11 open space lots. The action also approved a plot plan for the development and an environmental mitigated negative declaration.
