The Rancho California Water District approved funding and professional services agreements for revisions to the Temecula Valley Basin Salt and Nutrient Management Plan.A 7-0 RCWD board vote Sept. 8 approved $120,000 of additional funding for the project, increasing the total budgeted amount from $300,000 to $420,000.
