— There is some great news for Perris Auto Speedway Night of Destruction fans. A show featuring Demo Cross, Mini Stocks, and the zany Double Deckers has been added to the schedule on Sunday night, October 9th, during the Southern California Fair. The best news of all is fans will be admitted free to the show with a ticket to the fair. The action will start at 7:00 p.m.
“This will be some extra fun for all the fans,” promoter Don Kazarian said. “They can come out and spend the day at the fair and ride the rides, play carnival games, eat some great fair food, listen to music and then come in for the Night of Destruction. A ticket to the fair will get them into the Night of Destruction for free. As soon as it is over, fans can go right back out and enjoy more of the amenities. With it being during the fair, hopefully, we can introduce some new fans to “The Craziest Show on Dirt.” We hope to see all our regular drivers on Sunday for a night of crazy fun.”
The show will pay regular points for all three divisions. Each class will be running for the regular Night of Destruction purse with $500.00 going to the winner, $300.00 for second place, and $200.00 for third.
In addition to the Night of Destruction organized by The PAS, the fair will feature Monster Trucks on Thursday, October 6th. On Friday the 7th, it will be Figure 8 racing and on Saturday the 8th, Demolition Derbies.
