RIVERSIDE (CNS) - Riverside County sheriff's officials today cautioned motorists countywide to be extra careful of the ghouls, goblins, ghosts and other costumed figures who will be out on Halloween, emphasizing the importance of driving safe and sober."We want our community to have a fun night out on Halloween, but to also stay safe and make responsible choices," sheriff's Deputy Chris Wheeler said. "If your night involves drinking, please make sure you plan for a sober ride home.
