RIVERSIDE (CNS) - A 29-year-old man accused of gunning down his father during an altercation at the victim's Eastvale home pleaded not guilty today to murder and other offenses.Kelvin Jackett Jr. of Eastvale was arrested last month following a Riverside County Sheriff's Department investigation into the slaying of 51-year-old Kelvin Jackett Sr.Along with murder, the defendant is charged with sentence-enhancing gun and great bodily injury allegations. He was arraigned before Superior Court Judge Sean Crandell, who  scheduled a felony settlement conference for Feb. 15 at the Riverside Hall of Justice.Jackett is being held in lieu of $2 million bail at the Robert Presley Jail in Riverside.According to sheriff's Sgt.
