Anza seventh-grader Sawyer Edmisten took it upon herself to create an artistic rendition of the Hawk Watch Winery’s mascot Zoro the cat, who had died recently. She felt the calling to memorialize the well-loved feline and donate her crocheted art to the winery.“I custom-made a crocheted Zoro in memory of Hawk Watch Winery’s cat that passed away,” the 12-year-old said. “I went off pictures to get as close as possible, since I personally never met him. My mom said he was very important to the winery owners and all their customers.”According to online reviews, Hawk Watch Winery, located in Warner Springs, is a popular destination, offering magnificent views, friendly staff and well-respected wines.“
