The County Counsel office in Murrieta is slated to be remodeled.The Riverside County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 Tuesday, Dec. 6, to include the County Counsel Murrieta Additional Office Remodel Project in the county’s Capital Improvement Program, approve the project in principle, approve a $114,235 preliminary budget for the project, delegate project management authority to the director of the county’s Facilities Management department or her designee, authorize the county’s Purchasing Agent to execute pre-qualified consultant service agreements of up to $100,000 and find the project categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review.
