MURRIETA – When Mrs. Beam’s fifth grade class at Avaxat Elementary School in Murrieta made holiday cards for residents of a local memory care community, the older adults who received them decided to thank the students with a virtual holiday story time recently. Via Zoom, the older adults at Vineyard Place, an Anthem Memory Care community, read “Twas the night before Christmas.”“It’s more important than ever for our seniors to sustain connections and interact with the younger generation,” Melissa Williams, community relations director for Vineyard Place, said. “We got creative so our residents could continue to enjoy the holiday season with some new friends despite the tripledemic.”Vineyard Place is loc
