LAKE ELSINORE – Director Andy Morris was appointed president at Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District’s Thursday board meeting after a 4-0 vote by the board. Morris has served on the board for over 12 years and has focused his efforts on ensuring fiscal responsibility, community engagement and customer service. It is his fourth year serving as president since he was elected in 2010.“It’s an incredible honor to be asked to serve as president again this year,” Morris said. “Over the past few years, we have accomplished many goals to improve service and find sensible solutions to offset rising costs and expenses.
