The Riverside County Board of Supervisors meeting Tuesday, Dec. 13, included the allocation of $18,400,000 of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 funding for facilities in the First Supervisorial District.The supervisors’ 4-0 vote, with Manuel Perez absent, allocated $11,300,000 to the county’s Transportation and Land Management Agency for eight sidewalk projects including Grand Avenue in Lakeland Village, $4,500,000 to the county’s Facilities Management department for park and community center improvements in Lakeland Village as well as in Good Hope and Mead Valley, $1,750,000 for the county’s Office of Economic Development to fund streetlights along six corridors in the three communities, $750,000 to TLMA for a signalized crosswalk at Grand Avenue and Sangston Drive in Lakeland
