Supervisors approve Siena CFD

The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a community facilities district (CFD) for the Siena development in Winchester.The supervisors’ 5-0 vote January 24 adopted a resolution forming the CFD and authorizing the levy of a special tax, established an appropriations limit for the CFD, and declared the results of the election to form the CFD official. A developer who owns an undeveloped parcel may vote in favor of the CFD which will be binding upon subsequent property owners and Taylor Morrison of California LLC cast the sole vote in favor of the CFD.
