The Eastern Municipal Water District board awarded Stantec Consulting Services Inc., a design contract for the district’s Purified Water Replenishment conveyance pipelines and Cottonwood Recycled Water Pipeline.The board’s 4-0 vote June 7, with Randy Record absent, authorized a $2,786,208 contract with Stantec for the design of the pipelines.
