MENIFEE –The Rotary Club of Menifee beginning its 61st year of service to the community with a new president and a new theme for the year. Kristina Mills, a resident of Menifee, is serving as Rotary president for the 2023-2024 year. Kristina Mills, along with her husband George, are small business owners with the local company, A Better Look, which is a home inspection company. Additionally, she is a facilities property manager. Mills is setting the picture for the Rotary Club of Menifee for the 2023-2024 year with the theme of “bridging the gap.”Mills joined the Rotary Club because she felt that the Rotary Club encompassed what her heart has always felt. “Service Above Self,” which is the Rotary motto, or “do unto others as you would have them do unto you” is the motto b
