RIVERSIDE (CNS) – A 23-year-old man who died in a high-speed three-
vehicle collision was identified as a Perris resident today.
Oscar Mancillas Jr. was fatally injured at 1:46 a.m. Saturday on the
Alessandro Boulevard off-ramp of the Riverside (215) Freeway, according to the

The agency said a Tesla and a Kia sedan were speeding when they rear-
ended a big rig. One person had to be freed from the wreckage, according to the
Riverside Fire Department. It was unclear if that person was Mancillas.
