Volunteers for TNEF at the Santa Rosa Plateau honored with thank you luncheon

The board of The Nature Education Foundation at the Santa Rosa Plateau took the time to thank the large number of volunteers who make its mission, “To educate and empower youth to appreciate. preserve and protect nature” during a Volunteer Appreciation Day luncheon Saturday, Nov. 18 in Wildomar.More than 60 TNEF volunteers and board member gathered the weekend before the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday at the home of Ginger Greaves, executive director of TNEF for the luncheon catered by Pete’s Barbecue to give special thanks to the volunteers and the hundreds of hours of volunteer work at the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve.
