Flash Flood Warnings and Flood Watch remains

Local streams, rivers, creeks, waterways are expected to experience flooding today.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning has been issued for San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire-San Diego County Coastal Areas-San Diego County Valleys-San Bernardino County Mountains-Riverside County Mountains-Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills-San Diego County Mountains-Apple and Lucerne Valleys-Coachella Valley-San Diego County Deserts-San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning-Orange County Coastal Areas-Orange County Inland Areas-Including the cities of Hesperia, Vista, La Quinta, San Marcos, Laguna Beach, Crestline, San Diego, Santee, Idyllwild-Pine Cove, San Bernardino, Costa Mesa, Apple Valley, Irvine, El Cajon, Huntington Beach, Coachella, Orange, Escondido, La Mesa, Ontario, Chula Vista, Palm Desert, Garden Grove, Mission Viejo, Wrightwood, Corona, Victorville, Julian, Lucerne Valley, Running Springs, Encinitas, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, Poway, Carlsbad, Newport Beach, National City, San Clemente, Pine Valley, Fullerton, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Palm Springs, Borrego Springs, Fontana, Big Bear City, Palm Desert Country, Oceanside, Cathedral City, Indio, Moreno Valley, Lake Arrowhead, and Big Bear Lake

FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM PST THIS MORNING THROUGH 9 pm THIS EVENING…

Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

Includes a portion of Southwest California, including the following areas, Riverside County Mountains, San Bernardino County Mountains, San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San Diego County Coastal Areas, San Diego County Deserts, San Diego County Mountains, San Diego County Valleys, San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning and Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills, Apple and Lucerne Valleys, Coachella Valley, Orange County Coastal Areas, Orange County Inland Areas.

Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
