Guerrero.The most recent results from the Riverside County Registrar of Voters primary showed Washington, 71, capturing 54.67 percent of the vote, with Ingram, 58, at 25.38 percent and Guerrero, 50, of Temecula, at 19.94 percent, with less than 20 percent of votes cast counted.In the race for the seat representing the First District on the Riverside County Board of Supervisors to replace retiring Supervisor Kevin Jeffries, Richard D.
