RIVERSIDE – Fifth District Riverside County Supervisor Gutierrez announced the Home Rehabilitation Program for residents of Riverside County’s Fifth District. The program offers grants to qualifying income-occupant households of up to $50,000 for labor and materials, with no interest or monthly payments required. The program aids in the interior or exterior maintenance of existing mobile or manufactured homes, as well as addressing potential health and safety hazards in deteriorated housing units.The Home Rehabilitation Program is not limited to landowners.
