The Eastern Municipal Water District’s future San Jacinto Valley Groundwater Treatment Facility will soon be under construction.A 3-0 EMWD board vote Wednesday, April 3, with Phil Paule and Randy Record absent, awarded the construction contract to Pacific Hydrotech Corporation.
