More than 21,000 vote-by-mail ballots have been mailed to Temecula voters for the Tuesday, June 4, Temecula Valley Unified School District, Trustee Area 4, Special Recall Election, the Riverside County Registrar of Voters Office announced.For those wishing to vote in the election, completed vote-by-mail ballots must either be postmarked on or before election day, or be received at the Registrar of Voters office or vote centers no later than the close of polls at 8 p.m. on Election DayAccording to the registrar, vote-by-mail ballots can be returned through the postal service or placed in secure official blue vote-by-mail drop-off boxes situated in Trustee Area 4, within Temecula city limits.ā€œAdditionally, two secure 24-hour drop boxes are accessible at the Registrarā€™s office
