RIVERSIDE - Fifth District County of Riverside Supervisor Gutierrez is pleased to announce the First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) Down Payment Assistance Program for the County of Riverside's Fifth District. The program will empower low- to moderate-income individuals by providing the necessary financial support to achieve their dream of homeownership.
The County of Riverside’s Department of Housing and Workforce Solutions (HWS) will administer the program. Eligible recipients may receive up to a maximum of 20% of the home’s purchase price (up to $100,000) in down payment assistance. Fifth District residents must buy homes located within the Fifth District in order to qualify. In addition, applicants need to have a gross income of 120% or less of the median income.
