Brook Carlton, 9, was killed on June 2, while doing what she loved. She was riding her electric motorbike in Lake Elsinore at an off-road track when she was struck in an accident by another juvenile who sustained minor injuries.
According to the Riverside Sheriff’s Department press release, the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station deputies and Cal Fire responded to the 20700 block of Cereal Street for a juvenile medical aid. Upon arrival, deputies located good Samaritans performing life-saving measures on an unconscious juvenile.
